We provide a service in the following areas:-

Property rental

We can help rent your property for the time that you do not wish to live in the house through our Formentera property rental page and you can advertise with us free of charge.  On an agreed rate of commission we rent your property in consultation with you so that you know who will be staying and the dates that they will stay there.

Day to day management

We do not employ cleaners or manage your property on a day to day basis, although we can help put you in touch with reputable companies or individuals that offer this service.  We will offer to work with you and them to co-ordinate and manage an efficient schedule of maintenance, cleaning and laundry replenishment.

Property renovations and renewals

We have close contacts with building companies and contractors and have wealth of experience in understanding the nature, scale and price of any building work which may need to be undertaken on reform property.  We can establish contact with contractors on your behalf in order to give you a realistic assessment of your property.
